At Krypticart, all products are made to order using print-on-demand services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Print-on-Demand Products
All physical products are produced through a third-party provider, Printify. This means items are created specifically for each order and are not held in stock.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind
-
Buyer’s remorse
Please ensure you check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

damaged

defective

or incorrect
you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
To request this, you must:

contact us within 14 days of delivery

provide clear photos of the issue

include your order details
Once verified, we will arrange:

a replacement item, or
-
a refund where appropriate
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

please contact us with your order details
We will investigate with the shipping provider and resolve the issue accordingly.
4. Custom Artwork & Commissions
Due to the nature of custom work:

deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
-
completed commissions are non-refundable
If there is an issue with your commission, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered production.
Once an order has been sent to production via Printify, it cannot be cancelled.
