  • This includes printing and preparing your item before shipment

Please note: Processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal service conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your location

  • the size and weight of your order

4. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

5. Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately as they can be fulfilled from different production partners.

6. Customs & Import Fees

For international orders:

  • customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply

  • these charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • postal carriers

  • customs processing

  • incorrect shipping information

However, we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.

We will investigate with the shipping provider and work to resolve the issue.
